Custom Screen Printing Exposure Service (positive included)
 
We can expose your artwork onto a screen for you.
Our turnaround time is 7 working days plus postage after approval of artwork.
 
Please note that you have to order a screen from us in order to make use of our custom exposure service.
 
Please email your design the size you want it to be to robin@flatfox.co.uk .
Artwork needs to be in either a vector format or you can send us a high resolution image which must be in black & white - with no grey areas!
 
If you need help getting your artwork set up , we do offer this as well.

Make sure your design is not too big for your screen. There is a "sweet spot" where your mesh tension is ideal. If your design is too close to the edges, getting a consistent result is a lot more difficult.
