Flat Fox Premium Emulsion and Diazo sensitizer
Flat Fox Premium Emulsion is a universally resistant, Dual-Cure, high quality direct emulsion for a wide range of screen printing applications.
Used by screen printers of plastisol, water based and discharge inks to print onto garments, jute bags, wallpapers and fine arts. This emulsion reclaims well, gives a fantastic screen stencil and has excellent print durability.
Mixing:
Flat Fox Emulsion comes as a two part, dual cure emulsion and has a sachet of diazo sensitizer. When mixing, please shake the sachet well and wearing gloves, cut along the cut line of the sachet. Hold the sachet close to the emulsion and empty in, all of the diazo. Mix together well until you see a complete colour change. Leave to stand for at least two hours before using.

Operators should wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling all chemical products, even those classified as 'non-hazardous'. PPE for CPS Products includes gloves and safety glasses/goggles.
Flat Fox Emulsion is a high quality, cost effective, Diazo sensitised, Universal emulsion with resistance to water to allow print runs with water based and solvent based ink. Ideal for small studios using manual equipment and educational establishments.
Pre-Sensitized up to 12 months, Sensitized 3-4 weeks. The Emulsion is shipped with the sensitiser in a separate sachet, the sensitiser is added neat.
Please Note: This is a direct emulsion so the sensitizer powder must be added to the emulsion neat (no water).
Emulsion Remover / Stencil Stripper / Decoating agent
This Photo Emulsion Remover powder can be mixed with water, select your size to make either 1 Litre (1000ml), 500ml or 250ml of Stencil Remover solution.

Technical Data Instructions for use:
1. Mix into your chosen amount (250ml, 500ml or 1l) which gives a 2% strong solution designed for rapid removal of stencils
2. Ensure screen is cleaned of ink residue
3. Rinse with water, apply stencil remover to both sides of screen and leave for 10-15 minutes. DO NOT ALLOW TO DRY
4. Rinse off thoroughly with water, preferably under pressure
5. For old stencils, repeat the procedure
