MESH 79-140 Polyester mesh for most applications

PRINTING Aqua Art ink may be thinned to achieve proper ink flow Thoroughly mix the ink prior to printing.

Maintain ink temperature at 65-90F (18-32C) for optimum print performance. Lower temperatures increase the ink viscosity, impairing flow. Elevated temperatures lower the ink viscosity, reducing print definition, film thickness and opacity.

DRYING Aqua Art ink dries by evaporation in 20-30 minutes depending on temperature and humidity. Jet dry at 66 77 C for approximately 30-45 seconds using maximum air flow through the oven. Adequate cooling may be necessary to avoid blocking problems when stacked.
